 MOUTH ULCER/ORAL ULCER;

                      WHAT IS MOUTH ULCER?

       Mouth ulcer is the break in the tissue lining of mouth.(cheek,Tongue,Lips,).

                                                

    

         WHAT CAUSES MOUTH ULCERS?    

                             It is caused by 2 factors,                                                         

  

                                     1) systemic factors

                                     2) Local factors      

                                SYSTEMIC  

                 Systemic factors/Systemic infections such as VIRAL INFECTIONS-- EPSTIEN BARR VIRUS  , HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS 1& 2.And various Nutritionala and vitamin deficiency.

                                      LOCAL FACTORS;   

                                                Tissue damage like accicentaly bitting your cheeks,lips,and                                                      tongue.

                      Stress,  burns from hot and cold

                            Irritation from tooth paste or unhygenic drinking water and                                                     food materials.       

                                    Rx, TREATMENT;

                                                Drink plenty of water,and avoid spicy foods and hot .

                                            Use alcohol free mouth wash.

                                            Apply dentogel.

                                            If mouth ulcers becomes increasingly painful or redness it could                                                 be a sign of  bacterial infection.. Go and visit your dentist.
