 What Can I Do- If I Have Sensitive Teeth?

     The Tooth contains we can seen a layer of enamel, The enamel protects the dentinal tubules and dentin. If the Dentin is exposed , The tooths are become sensitivity.This is usually happens ,damaging of the enamel.

           How will Enamel can damage?
             There are various reasons causes Enamel damage.The Main reasons are Highly consuming hot and cold foods ,and Brushing too hard or doing wrong brushing technique it will cause and Tearing Enamel.

 Here are the some causes of sensitivity:

• Wrong Brushing technique or Too long brushing cause sensitivity.

• Loss of tooth enamel caused by an acid from acidic acid foods ,and Drinks., it will forms erosion of the dentin ,it will lead to dental sensitivity. 

• Gingival recession; Gingival recession is gingiva become teared.If gingiva will teared, the tooth of roots become exposed .If roots are exposed ,during hot and cold foods consuming it will cause dental sensitivity.

• Gum disease;Dental plaque  and stains are deposits in over the teeth ,It will cause the dental sensitivity.

• Clenching and grinding of Teeth may lead to enamel and damage of dentin it leads to dental sensitivity.

• Some peoples are  having an habit of grinding and cleching of teeth during sleeping .It will cause the jaw pain and tear enamel and dentin. 

• Cracked tooth are damaged tooth causes dental sensitivity. Go to your dentists after filling or restored your teeth you will free from sensitivity.

• Bleaching of your teeth.(Teeth bleaching). After bleaching of your teeth might me cause for dental sensitivity.
